LocationThe 2023 Midwest Animal Sheltering Conference will take place at the Oasis Hotel and Convention Center in Springfield, MO October 27-29, 2023. Oasis Convention Center is located at 2550 N Glenstone Ave, Springfield, MO 65803.

How do I qualify for the Member Rate?You can take advantage of the Member Rate when your organization becomes a member of the Missouri Coalition Animal Care Organizations. Membership is available to your organization at no cost. All staff, volunteers, and board members affiliated with your organization can take advantage of the Member Rate. Please have an authorized representative of your organization register here.
Is there a limit on the number of people from my organization that can attend?No! We want as many people as possible in your organization to benefit from the educational, networking, and collaborative opportunities at the conference. Having at least three attendees from your organization will enable you to maximize your participation as there will be up to three sessions available during each time slot.
What meals/events are included in the registration cost?Light pastries will be available Friday and Saturday morning. Lunch or brunch will be provided on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and the networking event Saturday evening will include appetizers and a drink ticket. All food offerings will be vegetarian or vegan.
Will there be dietary accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions?Yes, during the registration process we will collect information about any dietary needs that should be considered.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?Transportation from the Springfield airport or around the city is available via Uber, Lyft, or taxi. Parking at Oasis Hotel and Convention Center is free for all attendees.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?No, it’s not necessary to bring a printed ticket to the event. You will just provide your name during check-in to get your conference badge.
