LocationThe 2025 Midwest Animal Sheltering Conference will take place October 9-11, 2025 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Chesterfield, MO.
ScheduleThe 2025 conference hosts two days of sessions and networking! Review the schedule ahead of time to select which session you would like to attend during each time slot. (No need to RSVP to specific sessions; just attend the session of your choice.) Full conference schedule coming Spring 2025!

How do I qualify for the Member Rate?You can take advantage of the Member Rate when your organization becomes a member of the Missouri Coalition Animal Care Organizations. Membership is available to your organization at no cost. All staff, volunteers, and board members affiliated with your organization can take advantage of the Member Rate. Please have an authorized representative of your organization register here.
Is there a limit on the number of people from my organization that can attend?No! We want as many people as possible in your organization to benefit from the educational, networking, and collaborative opportunities at the conference. Having multiple attendees from your organization will enable you to maximize your participation by attending different presentations during each time slot.
What meals/events are included in the registration cost?The hotel provides breakfast to guests staying at Doubletree. Lunch is provided to conference attendees on Friday and Saturday, and dinner is provided on Friday evening at the Awards Banquet.
Will there be dietary accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions?Yes, during the registration process we will collect information about any dietary needs that should be considered.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?Transportation from the St. Louis airport or around the city is available via Uber, Lyft, or taxi. Parking at the Doubletree is free for all attendees.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?No, it’s not necessary to bring a printed ticket to the event. You will just provide your name during check-in to get your conference badge.
